OUR RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and services, and we will replace any defective or damaged items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

The items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom products and services are non-refundable.

However if there is a defect in the product or an error in the order that is the result of our mistake we will offer a reprint. If a return is approved, it must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be in the original packaging and condition.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will be happy to exchange the item for a different size or color. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
